No More Struggling Students is a component of the community outreach and education initiative of ACHIEVE. We are teaming up with other professionals, educators, and parents to eradicate addressable learning challenges for Utah students by the year 2035.
ACHIEVE organizes community awareness and public education events, collaborates with education and government leaders, and coordinates with healthcare professionals in our united approach to meet the needs of struggling students.
This endeavor and goal is BIG. And yes, we’re serious about it.
But we can’t do it alone.
Professionals
If you are a healthcare or other professional who sees our mission and resources as supporting your vision of making a meaningful difference in the world, we welcome an invitation to meet you. We need many audiologists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, optometrists, vision therapists, mental health professionals, nutritionists, pediatricians, family practice doctors, and others who understand the need to address the whole child to create real, sustainable change that helps students thrive today and throughout their lives to meet our aggressive goal.
Educators
Teachers, administrators, school nurses, counselors, and others who are the boots on the ground in our schools are also necessary partners in this important, life-changing work. Please get your free subscription, share it with your colleagues, and let us know what you see that we’re missing in transforming our vision of success for all Utah students into reality.
Parents
And, of course, parents are at the core of this movement. They/we are the nurturers who have a powerful opportunity to make a real difference at home—the place where success begins and is sustained throughout children’s school experiences. Please subscribe, read, share, and refer the parents, educators, and professionals you know with whom this cause will resonate.
How You Can Make a Real Difference
Our request is relatively small. It is comprised of three simple elements:
1.) Claim your free subscription to No More Struggling Students and take a few minutes to read the articles and listen to the podcast episodes that come out a few times each month. They are designed to be insightful and offer solutions to children’s needs.
2.) Share No More Struggling Students with parents, educators, and professionals you know who would like to help the children in their lives. This is an important element in helping this movement gain momentum and bless the lives of all children with learning challenges.
3.) Introduce ACHIEVE to the healthcare professionals, educators, and government leaders you know in your community so we can equip them with everything they need to become active participants in bringing this worthwhile work into every community and school in Utah.
